    Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

    For exchanges, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible so we can help reserve the right item or size if inventory is available.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

    Domestic U.S. shipping usually takes 2–5 business days after your order has been processed. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

    For international orders, please contact us before placing your order. Our checkout currently supports domestic shipping only, but we may be able to arrange international shipping upon request.

  • Our Caffè Series bags are made with a water-resistant PU blend infused with recycled coffee grounds.

    The material is designed to feel structured, smooth, and practical for everyday carry, while carrying a subtle trace of coffee.

  • Yes — the Caffè Series has a subtle coffee scent.

    It is intended to be soft and understated, not overpowering. The scent may naturally soften over time with regular use.

  • We approach sustainability through material choices, limited production, and small-batch inventory.

    Our Caffè Series uses a PU blend infused with recycled coffee grounds, giving coffee waste a second-life material story. We avoid overproduction where possible and produce in limited quantities.

    We do not claim to be a fully sustainable brand, but we are thoughtful about materials, function, and waste as we grow.
